Return Policy:

Should you decide not to proceed with using the items you’ve purchased, you may process a return order given that the condition of the purchased items meet our return order requirements. We accept return of orders only if the items provided are in their original packaging with seal unbroken and items are unused.

We honour a 30-day guarantee on most products offered on this website, excluding shipping and handling, provided that the purchased items are returned in undamaged conditions. Please note that items subject for returns must be received within 90 days of the original invoice. If it is already past the specified days, please give us a call for more details.

Paid orders must be returned to PO Box 1314, Buderim, Qld. 4556, Australia, carefully packed in padding via Registered Post with a copy of the original invoice and a note giving the reason for the refund request.

Replacement Policy:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you place an order with us. Though we follow careful order procedures, there are rare cases that we miss sending out the correct item. In this instance, we assure you that it is made completely out of human error. We assure you that it is our top priority for you to receive the correct items and be sure that they are in good condition. Wrong items or damaged products are subject for replacement.

Replacements for damaged products or missing items will be shipped to you at no additional cost. We will use the same shipping method that you used in placing the order with us. If you purchased the items and used expedited shipping, then we will follow the same method.

For replacement requests, please be advised that we do not keep the credit card information of our customers. Please ensure that you have your payment method ready when you contact us for replacements so that we can process them straight away.
